They will killswitch your engine on a Sunday when they're closed just because you're one day late with your payment. They told us they don't utilize the killswitch on weekends since they are closed but now a handicapped person suffering from kidney failure is sitting on the side of the road in 90 degree weather waiting for a tow truck because this dealership went against their own policy and disabled and handicapped persons car while they were driving it DONT SHOP HERE

This is by FAR the WORST car buying experience i have ever encountered! I took the car back within 7 days. The cars on the website are not ready for sale! I bought a car with NO AC and gave me the run around to fix it. Had to drive to the dealership SEVERAL times about this before i just asked for my money back. I was hung up on 3 different times! Just don’t believe the hype. And when you go TAKE A MECHANIC WITH YOU! And make sure all the simple shxt works before giving any money away

My job closed due to covid19 so I couldn’t make a payment . Tried to get them to wait until I got my unemployment or stimulus check only to be constantly threatened and called . Finally got the money to pay what I owed and the motor blew on the vehicle the mechanic said that it had sludge on the oil stick and that was illegal, something that they use to do back in the day to make a junk car seem like it was ok . I had got a car from them a couple of years back they were good up until the car messed up wouldn’t go over 20mph they got the car brought it in for repairs then told me it was repaired I get the car and get around the corner from the dealership and it still did the same thing. So then they take it back and a week later they call to tell me that it was my transmission at this point I’m frustrated so I tell them I will call back with a decision to have them repair it or not...the very next day they called saying they fixed it... read more
