This was the second time we bought carpet from Marions. Expected MUCH better from our salesman. Perhaps we only wanted to carpet one bedroom so wasn't too interested. Salesman continued to make mistakes in delivery times (twice), final price of the carpeting (three times) and was terrible in keeping us informed. In all a terrible experience for my wife and I. We both had expected SO much more.
The installer from Marion's made a mess of the job. Sean did terrible finish work on our living room and dinning room floors. But we have had to replace the kitchen floor entirely after he finished. He put a hole in the ice maker line that left a leak into the basement. We had to call a plumber to fix it. Then when pulling out the refrigerator the floor was so wet it left big holes in the flooring. Did not include the labor in the bid. Had to cough up an additional $841, I would never recommend or use them again.
