Mark was super hands on. We have a complicated setup that most places shuttered at but he not only tackled it but had ideas on how to make sure it was handled one way or another. The process was quick most of the time, but the couple times it slowed down was outside of his control. He made sure to stay on top of everything and was extremely kind during the whole process.
