Mark was very responsive and helpful. My issue was every time the processors asked and received something they would then ask for something else dragging out the closing for weeks. We started in January and had to wait for me to finish a home project until 2/10 for the appraisal. Everything should have been done just waiting for the appraisal that Omaha had on 2/11. Also the money taken out was to be deposited EFT instead a check was sent that I have no access to for 7 days. Mark was wonderful
