I called to get a tooth pulled, took copious notes online, and spent 2 hours (with travel) to have a nurse put my notes into a binder before seeing the doctor for 5 minutes. I asked about my extraction & was told this was a consult with another appointment at a later time. Not communicating to the patient!!
