Although the process of my dental journey has been costly and frustrating , Dr. Herrera and his staff have made that journey as comfortable as humanly possible. Have nothing but lovely things to say about the staff and Dr.Herrera’s beautiful work. The abutment he placed on the 10th barely caused any discomfort. Thank you!
Dr. Gardener and staff were very friendly and helpful. My daughter was not scared about getting her procedure. She was relaxed.
Perhaps 1-2 times, I had friendly service on the phone. But the people I talk to on the phone were rude and condescending; did not always understand (or even try to understand) what I was asking; assumed I was wrong or uninformed; could not answer easy questions; made me feel like I was wasting their time. When I was at the office, the overall level of professionalism wasn't very authentic/genuine with everyone. However, the doctor was great. And the nurse who took care of my son was great.
The staff are amazing . Very personable and professional. I knew I was in good hands.
