Bottom line Mark and Matthew got it done! Our first lender continued to drop the ball on an easy loan, and we decided to make a last second change. Mark got us a slightly lower rate and brought us to close in just a few weeks. His communication was excellent and so was his ability to deal with difficult sellers. Calling Mark was the best decision we made when buying our condo.

Mark and his team were awesome - when I first called him I walked him thru my situation and he advised what he could do. We worked thru this insane sellers market where I probably put in 30 plus offers and he was available every day of the week for updates. He told me how the process would work and what we would need and when the right house came thru for us, so did Mark. Could not be happier and highly, highly recommend him.
