Mark made everything super smooth and simple, as far as applying for the loan and dealing with all of the loan-related paperwork. He also heard our priority regarding making sure everything would be affordable for our budget and was cautious with his estimates, resulting in us having a slightly lower monthly payment after all the numbers settled in (which we SUPER appreciate).
