Mark Puckett and his team are hands down the best at what the do. With he and his team we made all deadlines on our new build home and can very thankfully say we are homeowners because of this team. With Darci as his Loan Officer Assistant and Crickett as his Processor this team is unstoppable. They stayed in constant communication with us above anything we have ever hoped for. Everything is perfect
Communication is KEY with Mark and his team. He actually answered ANY questions early /late && weekends within 15 minutes. Always available . He made the process painless. Mark also continues to check in. Mark made us feel validated...no questions too small. We appreciate his outlook through out the process.

Mark was awesome and very fast with my refinance. I wasn't even sure how and when I could do my refinance and then out of nowhere mark calls me up and says that it was time. The process was very fast and easy along with coming at a great time before Christmas. With my home buying and refinance, mark and his team get it done quickly and fast to where my family went from renting to buying a home with just a few months.
