After being ousted (for the umpteenth time) by a landlord who decided to sell the house we were renting, we decided to purchase. Easier said than done! In today's world, getting a mortgage has become a logistical nightmare and a stressor guaranteed to age you ten years. There are so many papers to sign, similar papers to re-sign and re-re-sign, and "are you sure?" papers to sign yet again. Not to mention the ridiculous class that's a requirement in Arizona.
