Mark responded promptly to my inquires. His provided follow up in emails when there were changes in terms of the refinancing and kept his words.
He was able to walk us through all of the steps and answer all of our questions.

Mark and his team answered all my questions and corrected and problems that came up. I was able to call, text or email and received speedy responses. I will definitely reach out to Premier again when and if I want to refinance or am in need of a new mortgage in the future. I have even recommended them to others.
Our experience was probably a specific situation but the underwriting process was long and the requirements weren’t very straightforward. For our experience it seemed to be never ending new requirements. Overall Mark was great and extremely helpful in helping us in the updates and recurring requirements.
