Mark is always on top of his loans and makes the process so seamless from beginning to end. His communication skills are great, which is so nice to have throughout weeks of a transaction.
This was my first time buying a home, and the patience and kindness Mark provided was more than I could have asked for. He did a wonderful job helping me understand the process, and making sure I was educated about what was going on. He was available at any time to call or text to answer any questions, and got things done in a very timely matter. Not to mention Mark drove from Sioux City to Sioux Falls for closing.
