Great buying experience! The process was exceptionally smooth and fast.
Mark and Jody and team were incredible to work with during the process of application all the way through closing. They made the process as easy as it could be and advocated for me along the way. I will happily recommend Mark for anyone beginning this process.
Absolute nightmare of a home purchase experience. Persuaded me into signing into a program which later found out he knew nothing about. I got pushed into a corner and couldn’t back out at that point. Costing me thousands of dollars straight down the drain. 80% of the paperwork I had to esign had incorrect number or simply my name spelt wrong. Don’t waste your time, literally anybody could do better. And if he’s the manager somehow? I’m skeptical how the entire location is ran.
