My experience couldn't have been better. The receptionist who helped me on the phone, and the one who greeted me when I arrived (maybe the same person), was so kind in a refreshingly genuine way - even when I was a few minutes late and hadn't filled out my paperwork in advance. Dr. Stein has great, positive energy and easily helped me with something no one else had been able to - for years! Very appreciative.
I met Dr. Mark Stein for a surgical consultation yesterday and he immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He explained everything to me very carefully and answered all of my questions. His staff is lovely and his office is beautiful. My surgery is scheduled.
I came to Dr. Stein after a horrible experience with another oral surgeon. From the moment I stepped into his office I knew I was at the right place. The ladies at the reception are kind and professional. But Dr. Stein is brilliant. He’s kind and compassionate and really understood my fear after my previous experience. Dr. stein and his assistant go above and beyond to make sure you understand the procedure and are comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to family or friends.
I had a great experience with my first consultation at this office, which looks state of the art and is very clean and organized. All the staff members were wonderful; and Dr. Stein was kind and super patient with all my questions. So far it gets five stars from me!
