At 39 and with baby #2 on the way in just a week, i was a little apprehensive about getting all four wisdom teeth out, but Dr. Stein was great. He understood the anxiety involved in the situation, but put me completely at ease. I must say Dr Mark Stein is one amazing Dentist that I’ve met very knowledgeable he explained thoroughly what I was going to have done what to expect his staff amazingly professional especially May she was sooo professional in explaining what was going to take place before and after and she said she was going to follow up on how I was feeling after my procedure and she sure did I’ve never had any one text/ call to see how I was doing I highly recommended this Dentist
DR. Stein and his staff are a well oiled machine. They describe everything that will be done perfectly and answer all questions precisely. It is so refreshing to be treated at a facility with a Dr. operating at such a high level.
Wonderful doctor! Had both sides of wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Stein and his staff made me feel comfortable and explained every step of the procedure in a clear and concise manner, including billing and insurance matters. Very transparent, honest, and caring team. I thank them for my healthcare needs, and definitely recommend to others.
I had been DREADING getting my wisdom teeth removed for YEARS I always knew the day would come and when it finally did I don't think I could have gone through with it if it wasn't for Dr.Stein. He is patient, knowledgeable, kind, considerate and overall probably the only dentist I have ever enjoyed going to. 10/10 would recommend. HOPEFULLY, I never have to get any more teeth pulled or face surgery but if I did I know where my next call would be.
I had to get an emergency extraction of one of my molars. It was infected and excruciatingly painful. They were accommodating, flexible and professional. Dr Stein was an excellent, confident doctor with tremendous bedside manner. His team was and is, post surgery, a very responsive team! I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mark Stein and staff at New York Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He was highly recommended by my dentist. When I first saw Dr. Stein, I was in need of five implants to my bottom jaw (two molars on the bottom right and three molars on the bottom left). First, however, I needed his help in bone grafting (growing jaw bone). It was successful and I then had my implants done by Dr. Stein.
