Bill was great. Not only is he pleasant and knowledgeable, he is also very persistent when it comes to helping his clients. He found a way for me, recently self employed, to qualify for a mortgage (which turned out to be quite a challenge)! I had never had issues qualifying before but my income as a newly self employed professional didn't have the history for most mortgage companies to back me. Bill found one and helped make it happen.
