This is the 2nd time I've worked with Mark now, and recently worked with him to purchase a new home! As always truly amazing experience. He's very quick to respond, communicates as good as it gets and truly keeps you in the loop with everything without confusion. Buying a home is very hectic but he makes the process much easier which I'm grateful for!
Mark was actually the third lender we worked with. He started helping us when an offer we made on a house fell through. He was always calm, extremely helpful and seemed to be available day or night whenever we had a question. Our first two lenders were not local. Mark lives in our area and walked us through each step. It was nice to be able to text or speak to Mark rather than an out of state company through emails where we had to wait several hours or even days for a reply.
