He is patient in answering questions. It's hard to choose between a dozen lenders who all have 5 stars, but Mark is worth a call. He is outstanding. He really communicates well and follow through is extraordinary. I have used many agents over the years and Mark is by far the best. He managed the financing of our home purchase and also the refinancing in 2012. We were out of the country during the refinance and Mark made it all possible. He really communicates well and follow through is extraordinary. I highly recommend him.
