I have been a patient for 10 years and have had several implants. Dr. Kozlowsky has been, and continues to be, an excellent oral surgeon, an intelligent doctor and a genuinely “ nice guy”. He is caring, thorough and professional.
DR K - ABSOLUTELY BEST ORAL SURGEON & TECHS AND STAFF.I have high dental anxiety - none going to him. Fourth visit, this is where my anxiety peeps want to go. 4 extractions no issues or pain. One implant. I’m def a patient until my teeth are done. Highly recommended surgeon.
Dr K was awesome! He explained my situation fully and gave me all the options along with the benefits and risks. The procedure was so painless that I couldn’t believe it was done. His staff was very friendly and professional and dealt with insurance perfectly. And the office was respectful of my time also so they kept on time which can be challenging. Thanks to Dr K and the office staff! I highly recommend Dr K and the office if you need work done.

I can't say enough good things about Middletown Oral Surgery Associates and Dr Edward Kozlovsky. From the minute you call for an appointment to the time you check out you feel very well cared for by a group of really nice people.Unlike the first oral surgeon I had consulted about my tooth, Dr. Kozlovsky had no problem removing it using local anesthesia which is always my preference. Dr. Kozlovsky is simply the best oral surgeon in the area, hands down. I had 2 wisdom teeth extraction yesterday and it went so smoothly, didn’t feel anything during the procedure then after the surgery no swelling or any pain. Would recommend this doctor to everybody. Office stuff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
