I can't say enough good things about Middletown Oral Surgery Associates and Dr Edward Kozlovsky. From the minute you call for an appointment to the time you check out you feel very well cared for by a group of really nice people.Unlike the first oral surgeon I had consulted about my tooth, Dr. Kozlovsky had no problem removing it using local anesthesia which is always my preference. Dr. Kozlovsky is simply the best oral surgeon in the area, hands down. I had 2 wisdom teeth extraction yesterday and it went so smoothly, didn’t feel anything during the procedure then after the surgery no swelling or any pain. Would recommend this doctor to everybody. Office stuff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I have been going to Dr Kozlovsky for years and his level of knowledge and professionalism always at the highest. I would recommend him to anyone who need oral surgery, implant. Great doctor!!

I’ve been to Dr Kozlovsky’s office 2 times in 3 years the staff is very friendly and Dr Kozlovsky extracted a tooth the first visit and was very nice the second time I was there I had Dr Ryan and assistant was Cindy and they together were awesome I would highly recommend both of these oral surgeons for your dental needs

Dr. Kozlovsky is the consummate professional. He’s accurate and fast in his work. Relatively painless and efficient! I always feel comfortable with him and feel very confident with his workmanship. I’ve had extensive oral surgeries in my lifetime. He is by far, the best that ever worked on me. I highly recommend him!
