The food was excellent - We shared the Grand Board, and it was a great start to our double date. Our entree's tasted as good as they looked. The fries with sauces did not disappoint, and the Nashville hot chicken is highly recommended. We will be back!
Business response:
Labresults, Thank you for the 5-Star review. The Grand Board is a fan favorite! Thank you for your glowing recommendations! Do you recall your server's name? We like to acknowledge our team when they receive these positive reviews. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Thanks again! Cheers, The Marquee Team
Waitress was hesitant to substitute a food item, due to my allergies. She said the chef pairs these items to go together, and doesn't like to substitute. I needed to make a second choice. Then she never came back to tell me which meal I was getting. It was my birthday, as stated on the reservation, but was not offered anything for it. We were close to the open patio, so the noise level, was rather high. The wait line for the 2 bathrooms was ridiculous.
Everything about our meal was just kinda disappointing. Our server was not attentive at all. We ran out of water multiple times. The food was greasy.
Business response:
Lindsay H, Please accept our apologies for your slow service, that is not a typical experience for our guests. Could you provide some additional information so we may correct future experiences? What was the date and time of your visit and do you recall your server's name? Thank you for sharing your experience with us. The Marquee Team
