Exquisite as always. Our server was wonderful, and the food was incredible! We shared an order of duck fat and rosemary fries with the beer cheese and garlic-truffle aioli dipping sauces and it was perfect as usual. I had the scallops with the onion bacon jam, and butternut and beet puree, while my date had the beef short rib with pureed potatoes and carrots. Simply wonderful!
