Marra Flooring has been one of the best customer oriented flooring companies we've worked with. My wife and I had a 2 room project and reached out to multiple companies for quotes. Marra answered all of our questions and stated multiple times they want to inform customers about the process and teach them. Marra worked with me to explore options considering the quality of the existing floor, wear requirements and color to come up with the best stain for our home. The team was on-time, and kept the schedule. I loved the quality, especially where they replaced flooring that had water damage. The team kept the dust under control and protected mounted items and closet items. They asked for a big deposit (~40%) but finished before asking for final.
Good selection, good service. There was an issue with them ordering the wrong trim to finish the job, and there was a delay in actually getting the right trim and finally buttoning things up. But ultimately they did.
