Connor and his team always greeted us professionally and with a smile. The tenant socials are a major plus and an unexpected benefit. From our first interaction with the office staff, we knew that this is a very well run property and a superior management team. Thank you.
I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the apartment community except for two things. 1. The space is too small for the money and my needs. 2. Too many animals present. Also, there was a loud smell of dog urination in one of the hallways.
Seth A I went to visit Marshall park apartments and was greeted by Bre who was very nice and kept us comfortable until Seth was ready for us. Once meeting Seth he asked me what I was looking for and wrote everything down and we went to look at apartments. He was VERY patient and kind! We were staying there temporarily between homes and I felt like we were so lucky to have come across this community. The townhome, the office staff, the facilities, the maintenance staff, the location, etc. Everything was perfect - it was actually hard to leave!
