It’s absolutely disgusting that they charged $100 for a wilting arrangement and wouldn’t refund half of the money when asked. Then when they get bad reviews, they threaten the family to remove the posts within 24 hours or they will be forced to pursue other options. They can only pursue other options if the posts are false, and it’s truly a really bad look for the business. There was a professional way to handle this, and this wasn’t it.

Not a good look, refund the customer for an obviously horrible arrangement and quit arguing with people. We all have eyes and can see how atrocious it is.

This flower shop has week old flowers and try to charge an arm and a leg. If you like old and wilted flowers then you should be happy. If you don't this owner will try to gaslight you into thinking wilted flowers are okay and take your money. Customers service is just terrible. offers no resolution. Just plain rude and very very disrespectful. I will be contacting BBB and leading a full investigation into this owners shady practices. Please do the same

Does not provide what customer asked for, terrible customer service. My mom asked for a 50% refund, which was declined. When we put a review in on Google, he threatened us with an attorney! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! The arrangement placed in my aunts casket was an embarrassment. This should not be something a grieving family has to deal with! Very disappointed that I had a sheriff show up to my place of business to summon me to small claims court over a $65 flower arrangement that I ordered 5 years ago. We have in fact paid for this arrangement. I have never heard from the owner of this establishment only the employee DJ who’s been harassing me for months over this. Well, if they have a website, they need to check their orders. ESP when people from out of town are looking to purchase. They take your money, but No delivery of product...only the promises of getting it the Next Day....had a funeral that was super quick, unexpected death in the family, Church could only accommodate on Monday...ordered on Sunday Late afternoon.
