Martin was easy to work with, but the other staff member doing the tux fitting created the most unprofessional, uncomfortable experience I have ever heard of. Out of 11 fittings everyone had something incorrectly sized, didn't get the right size shoes and everything was delayed, to the point at which Jim's formal wear was charging them so they tried charging us for their double mistakes. You couldn't reason with DJ to get anything right... overall a horrible experience. Never will go there again.
This would not be a choice of mine and I would not recommend anyone to use this business. They were rude and inappropriate. The questions that were asked when they measured for a tux would be considered sexual harassment. Not one tux in the wedding party was correct. Shoe sizes were even wrong. I wear a 10.5 and I got an 11.5 wide don’t know how you screw something like that up. Pieces to the tuxes were missing and just poor service. I was very disappointed in the purchase I made. I live downstate so I purchased a bouquet for my aunt to be delivered to her business. I understand at the time of purchase not all flowers are available and there will be substitutions; however, I was embarrassed that she would think I would order something so lousy. The item I purchased and what was delivered was not the same thing and was not even similar to quality of what was advertised.
