I think you are doing a great job. Months ago I would reply back with a Y and no longer be came to pick up my garments. That has gotten much better since. I would like to make a change on my starch. I told you originally that I want George Strait jeans where my jeans will stand up in the corner by themselves & they did. I need to change my starch on jeans down to medium. No starch on my shirts. I love the service. Can I just share a couple of concerns that I have had? I like heavy starch on my shirts and pants but often times my shirts come back with black marks like starch marks on them. I tried to get rid of them with a washcloth or something like that and it doesn’t come out. This has happened multiple times. One other thing, often times I will send an article of clothing on a Tuesday thinking it will come back on Friday and I don’t see it for a week later.
