I had six items that were dry cleaned only that were obviously washed. Several items are ruined from shrinkage and the rest look terrible. Tried to call for days with no answer or return phone call.

I’d love to give these guys a better rating but too many times my shirts come back with a very poor pressing job. I have to redo it. I wish they’d do better. If you send shirts, plan on having to touch them up.
Left clothes laying on the concrete in front of our house. Wind blew the clothes in a mess. Not very happy. Should have rung the bell or hang it on the flower container
