When I needed tree work done as the result of a storm. Mr Prado sent his A team to handle it. The tree was on top of the house and Mr Prado’s A team removed it almost surgically. That was back in March 2,2018. In May 15, 2018 again a large tree struck the house.Once again Mr Prado sent a team to take care of it. His crew accidentally broke a sprinkler line. The guys do a good job but if you have a billing issue then you go through a very bad experience dealing with Marcy. She does not respond to emails and is very rude. The issues that I have faced are the same issues that others have faced and reported to better business bureau. The lady will not acknowledge the receipt of emails from customers . Checks are credited to wrong accounts and when you enquire about you there there is no answer and the. She threatens you with late fee. If you cancel a service you keep getting bill... read more

The guys do a good job but billing department and customer service is bad. They do not respond to emails. The lady who does the billing is horrible. She does not work with you to resolve issues. Also note that if you cancel a service it continues to appear on your bill. The main issue is billing and they cheat.
