The guys do a good job but if you have a billing issue then you go through a very bad experience dealing with Marcy. She does not respond to emails and is very rude. The issues that I have faced are the same issues that others have faced and reported to better business bureau. The lady will not acknowledge the receipt of emails from customers . The guys do a good job but billing department and customer service is bad. They do not respond to emails. The lady who does the billing is horrible. She does not work with you to resolve issues. Also note that if you cancel a service it continues to appear on your bill. The main issue is billing and they cheat.
