I recently had a very positive experience at Marty's Auto Works. Service advisor John at Marty's is a true professional. First, John technically understands vehicles. He was able to help me understand what was wrong with my vehicle and how to fix it. Second, and more importantly, John has the ability to communicate with customers who do not know much about cars. Because John possesses both technical and communication skills he does his job very well.

I have known Marty now for 5 years and he has always treated me like family.
My husband and I use Martys, and I have now made my whole family use them also. They are all very honest and will not tell you that you need things you do not need. The Honda dealer told my mom she needed things done to her car that Martys said she did not need. A+++ in my book.
When I take My car somewhere else they tell me I need hundreads of dollars of work done. Marty"s Auto Works warns me of future repairs and only repairs what I need and not everything that may break in the next 30k miles.
