The mechanic I used for years recently retired and I was in a jam because our van died. I found Marty’s had many great reviews as an honest, reasonable shop and they have served the area for many years. So based on this, I called to see if I could have the van towed there. When I got there, they were extremely busy but they took the van and looked at it as soon as possible. I have been a customer for six years. The quality of their work is outstanding, I have never had to take a vehicle back. They are very knowledgeable. I appreciate their guidance in properly maintaining our vehicles. They are honest too. I took my car in believing my front brakes needed replacement. My judgement was wrong. I have been taking my personal car and work van to Marty's for years and the service is always top notch. My mom also takes her car here! John is always so nice, informative and remembers me every time. Everyone is always friendly! They are like the Cheers of auto mechanics! Very happy with my first visit to Marty's yesterday! I had a limited time window to get a pre-purchase inspection done on a used Lexus I was considering purchasing. They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment and they did a great job. John and the whole crew are just great.
Marty's Auto Works is what we all "hope" to find in an auto repair company - that is HONESTY first, expertise, communication, cleanliness and a friendly helpful team. On the honesty point - our car was thought to be in need of an oil cooler replacement. Marty's terrific certified tech deemed that only the gasket needed replacing. This was a $1,300 benefit to our wallet and proof of the staff of Marty's to not only be honest but men of integrity. My special thanks to John and the big fella upfront!! Great company.
