I walk in 20 minutes before closing on a Wednesday night and ask for a table for 1. I'm told to order at the counter before I'm given a menu. I ask for a menu, then am told to walk over and get one. I order 4 items, about $40 with a soft drink. I am given a plastic (non disposable) cup and directed towards the soda fountain while my food is prepared. I fill my drink and sit at a table. Just refused a phone in order because they were "too busy." I think their new sit down service is a crutch and takes away from their previously casual appeal and their pick up and delivery service (the latter which is splashed on the website). Decent sushi and katsu. Terrible, uninspired ramen.
