My husband and I worked with Mary to get a loan for buying a new home. Mary was fantastic! She was very responsive, always answered any questions we had right away. Mary and her team at Waterstone Mortgage were excellent to work with! They guided me through every step of the mortgage process, which was very important to me as a first-time home-buyer. Mary McBride did an excellent job of guiding me through the process of getting pre-approved and purchasing a house. It had been a while since I last purchased a house and the whole process has changed dramatically since then. I often called or emailed with questions and Mary always replied promptly and patiently explained the answer. Mary helped us through every phase of the home buying process and was very organized and though. She has even kept in contact with us after the closing to make sure everything went okay and to remind us of what to do after the closing had been completed.

Mary McBride is the best of the best! She is very professional, knowledgeable and, more importantly, very responsive. I was referred to Mary by my realtor, who thought very highly of Mary's work ethics and her respect for her clients. In today's world, with all the regulations, policies and procedures, the process is anything but easy. Mary stays on top of everything all the way through the process. A nice secure feeling. I would say one thing even if have a someone still should switch to Mary.She is wonderful person and she manage everything with professionalism. I was denied a loan by another lender even that I had perfect credit score and all qualifications but thanks to switching to Mary I have bought the house with way cheaper closing cost.She very personal and helpful in any means.
