I've worked with Mary on three separate occasions and with Waterstone on two. Her and her team are great to work with. Very clear communication, quick responses, super friendly. Mary and her team were excellent throughout the process in making it easy to process all of the needed documents for my mortgage approval. She and her team also explained the process and did a great job advising me on timing for my loan processing. I appreciate also that there was a sense of urgency through the entire process without becoming an overwhelming or giving a frazzled feel.
