This is my 4th refi with Mary and it was during the pandemic when interest rates were at their lowest and the whole industry is extremely busy...swamped! Once again she provided excellent service. This is the second time that we worked with Mary to refinance over the past 7 years. This time there were more complexities because of the market during the pandemic, coupled with taking some cash out for purchasing solar panels and paying off a HELOC balance. In short, Mary worked very hard to ensure that our transaction completed in time for the solar installation to be completed as scheduled. Mary works very fast and takes great care to get the best loan for you. She is trustworthy, accurate and thorough. I highly recommend her. Mary and the team she works with kept our loan process moving along at a great pace even though we had a number of complications along the way. We closed very quickly and got a great interest rate.
