Mary Fung was helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She understands mortgages, and she and her staff keep on top of the paperwork. I especially appreciated the fact that she kept me within my budget and did not push me toward anything beyond my means. In the Bay Area, housing in my range is tight, and she worked with me for a long time so that I could make my first home purchase. I have already recommended her to friends.
I was lucky to have my first experience in buying a home be assisted by Mary and LHF. Searching for a house in the bay area was no simple task and I had so many questions to ask along the way. Mary was supportive and always accessible over the course of a year and a half I was looking for a place. She is thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and once in contract --FAST!! She once answered my call right after her work Christmas party!! How much more responsive can you get?! I loved working with Mary and so did my agent- who did not know her previously.

Highly recommend, and pleasant to work with. Mary spend hours and hours explaining items line by line to my wife who is poor in english but native Chinese speaking. She was also very patient with our questions over the email and phone. Very detail oriented, so your loan would get approved without any hiccups.

Mary worked hard on my loan and explained every details the pros and cons of my options. To a great extent, I can call her even on weekends and night. I first contacted Mary in July 2015. At that time my credit score was not high enough and I had some high balances on my credit cards.
