She’s got a very outgoing personality. she stayed positive giving me hope during the process. Always available for my crazy questions! I was comfortable working with her and always felt like we could work some of the issues that I had out, and she did. I can honestly say Mary is not one of those stuffy hard to understand loan officers.always on top of some of the problems we ran into and explained things to me so I could understand.
