I think the level of support and determination to make things work was outstanding. I wish I would have been aware of all the documents, requirements, etc from the beginning. I felt like there were things that 'came up' as we progressed that took time and led to delays and extensions but if I had known to be working on those things from the beginning I could have had them ready or fixed much faster. One day late closing, paperwork very late getting to title company day of closing. I think the fees and closing costs were extremely high - $16,000 on $286,000 purchase.

I applied for a refinance loan in December of 2019 and didn't close until July of 2020. There were a few things beyond their control but they didn't read my divorce decree/settlement right, often asked me for the same documents multiple times (which they already had in email) and didn't update me very frequently without prompting.
