They called me 15 min before my appt to cancel saying their employee is sick!!!! problem is that 15 min before I was already here and ready. What company cancels appointments 15 min before. That is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Signed up for the membership and wish I never did. Massages are nothing extra, facials are nothing extra. Scheduling is always a problem every month. The one masseuse I liked moved away. The other doesn't do hot stones etc. it's always something. They rather freeze your account for ever and a day instead of let you out the membership.
Worst massage in Richmond. "Hour" massage was less than 40 minutes by a less than skilled masseuse. The so called "total body stretch" was a waste.
