RecommendedI need to start by saying that I have heard some horror stories when it came to canceling my membership. My experience has been the complete opposite. Over the past year, I have built up 7 massages that I haven't been able to use. Things have been so hectic lately and I did not want to get charged for another month. The manager Jenny understood my situation and canceled my membership instantly. I have been going to The Exchange for going on five years. It helps my well being so much. My facial was fantastic and my massage therapist is heaven on Earth. And if I'm out of town I know I can still get a massage and not worry about trying to find someone. They are always there!

RecommendedI had my first massage ever on Monday my therapist was amazing! Relieved all the tension I had in my shoulders and back! I'm making massages part of my health routine and signed up for a membership. The staff explained everything to a t and I was very impressed. Can't wait Togo tomorrow for my first facial.
