The membership is A joke! They charged me monthly even when I was unemployed during Covid! I cancel after my 1 year and then lose out on 7 services because they only give you 60 days! If you paid you should be allowed to use them! I will be going elsewhere! Unfortunate for the great therapists like Chris who lose out because of poorly managed!
Do not recommend. Horrible customer service. They cancel appointments hours before and do not respond to emails. I have a membership and will be going elsewhere.

Massage envy is a horrible Franchise. It feel it is a crooked company. Terrible customer service in resolving issues, terrible about informing their customers when their accounts are about to expire, terrible at informing them on any pertinent information related to their account, terrible about explaining transfers, and not honest about taking the blame when they do something wrong! My recent massage therapist had extremely rough hands and everything she did was very fast. Parts of it were ok but I definitely got the impression she wanted to be doing something else. I've been here before and had good experiences but this was very disappointing.
Just to start off, my massage experience was wonderful, and Lori did an excellent job customizing my massage to what my needs were. The customer service is where I was failed. I arrived early for my 9:15am appt and filled out the customary paperwork. The male manager/salesman (not sure of his position) that consulted with me then explained that I would have a 90 minute session with 80 minutes of hands on time.
