I have had nothing but issues with my “membership” at this location. Unfortunately, I’ve had two appointments in a row canceled. They refuse to refund. The managers lack of empathy and overall customer service is terrible. I never leave bad reviews but felt compelled to warn others. Please don’t waste your money!

I was given a facial as a gift back in June. I called to schedule it and was told it expired back in October due to the person who gave it to me closing their account with them. I then asked if the person gets their money back and her exact answer was no. How can a company feel it’s ok to take peoples money like that and then not honor the gift?! I will NEVER go to massage envy ever and will never recommend this place to anyone either.

Jorden, the front desk manager, is the most unknowledgeable, unprofessional and rudest employee I've ever had to deal with. She doesn't understand the rules of a transfer massage when you're an ME Member and she's too lazy to assist a customer cancel a membership. No wonder she's never at the front desk! She's hiding from work because she is lazy and unknowledgeable. She's the reason I did not renew my ME Membership. She represents ME poorly.
