My credit card was charged in the last week for a massage or some service and I have not been there since 9/6/19. I had been given a gift certificate but used my credit card once or twice for tips. I owe them nothing and I expect a refund ASAP.

The masseuse team is great, however do not buy a subscription. A full scam that the office makes a hassle to cancel, only to rush you to use the remaining credits, and the credits can not be charged to gift cards. Friendly & nice otherwise. 🙃

Kept charging our fsa account after requesting it to be cancelled. Was not allowed the 10 massages already paid for because we cancelled the account.

I called and made an appointment for 2pm on 6/27/2018. Came in expecting to have a relaxing time and instead was met with looks of bewilderment as no one had me in the computer. I had driven almost an hour and had planned to also buy a gift certificate for my friends birthday (today) after I knew if I liked it. Wasted gas and time and there was no one available. I guess the lesson here is if you make a appointment be sure to note who you speak to or you might just waste your time and energy.

Came out more sore than relaxed....I never knew of a Masseuse that makes you scoot all the way over to the edge of the table, and remove your leg off the table so they can stretch it....that's not relaxing to me at all. �
What a complete waste of my time, money and babysitter. Worse massage I have ever received in my entire life. Left in more pain than I began with, which I didn't even think was possible. This was my first and last visit, I will not be returning and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know how horrible of an experience I had. #thanksfornothing
