I just started pest and termite services with Massey and I just have to say how impressed I am with the team that came out to my house today (Luciano, Chris, and Nicholas). All three gentlemen were professional, courteous, thorough, and patient with answering all of my questions. I also had a very heavy package arrive while Nicholas was spraying inside my home and he went out of his way to offer to help. Great service and staff in Lakeland.
After 4 years in Central Florida we have found the perfect company for our family and our home. The Pest Prevention program is a GAME CHANGER for those of us with pets. The program is structured so there are minimal visits inside the home. AKA less disruptions. As someone who works from home and has (a lot) of dogs, I really appreciate this! Everyone we have encountered with Massey have been both personable and professional. local company + lots of good work in our community + great service offering = easy decission

Received our treatment service on 03-13-2020 from John Day. Massey Services has been our pest control service for several years now. Never have I had technician that took the time he did to explain entry points for not only pests, but rodents as well. I considered our newer build home as a pretty solid fortress against rodents, yet he found several locations of concern. Shout out to Massey Services for hiring a quality employee.

Great customer service for getting prompt extra service between scheduled appts when needed. Maintenance of sprinkler heads could use a bit more attention, weed control also, but all in all, a reliable company as long as you stay on top of any problems and forward them to Massey..
