A few years ago, I started using Massey Services . The sales inspector was Ivan Tunjic who beside the knowledge, also have a great personality. He introduced me to all service they have and helped to pick the right pest/termite program. We are very lucky to have an Ivan Tunjic around when we need some of Massey Services because he responded to our call in matters of 2 hours. My experience with Ms. Brittany Swain, Office Manager at Suwanee, GA was outstanding. I had issue with autopay on my accounts. My original call was to another office, however, that manager was out on vacation and not returning until the following week. Ms. Swain, instead of sending my call to voicemail took ownership and then proceeded to solve my issue, making contact with several other departments to expedite the process of correcting the issue. The apartment complex that we live in uses Massey Services for pest control. The professionalism and knowledge of their employees has been consistently 5 star.(I.e. asking questions & listening, problem solving, recommendations) Neal P. & Drew O. are so kind and patient with my two small dogs and, both are always very friendly.
