Steven is our technician. He does an outstanding job. We were having a large black ant problem on our outside patio. We called the office and the next day he was here to take care of our problem. He is thorough with his inspection and would recommend him highly..

I have used Massey Pest for several years and have never had a problem with anything but mosquitos. I called to complain and it and they immediately sent someone else to retreat. His name is Scott. It is almost July and he has completely conquered my problem. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He loves his job and is very positive about everything! Happy with Massey Services. I received a text the day before that the guy would be here today. I received a text from Josh this morning to let me know that I was the next stop and to make sure the dogs were put up. Josh was very respectful and did a great job, he replaced the locks on the gate as requested. I have not seen and ants, water bugs, spiders, or mice since the service started.

We have a contract with Massey Services for our pest control. Recently, we noticed some pest activity going on and our Massey representative Nick Griffin went above his call of service to immediately take care of the situation. Had a technician come to the house by the name of Niko. He was very polite, very attentive to work that needed to be done. And worked hard on his task that was given to him.
