We had an appointment for the annual termite inspection on 02/14/2022 but the representative failed to log the schedule on his records. After rescheduling it, another representative named Jaafar Z. was assigned to do the service. This person did an excellent job, he answered our concerns comprehensively in great detail including how the bait system will greatly improve termite prevention. Jaafar Z. deserves a commendation from the company for a job well done.

Worst service. They are not caring for the customers concerns. We had a Hornet issue and asked for a service appointment to be setup 3 days prior. We were assured that they will be coming on Monday between 7- 9 am. We have waited till 4 pm. Called to find out that the someone showed up, checked around, thought that it was perfect and didnt care to ring the bell. Today I lost my ~$200 .Initially , Massey services promised me many things they never kept those promises. For those mistakes and improper services , when I spoke to the Manger he promised many even that couldnt keep up. When I spoke to him today he is saying no he did not commit anything like that. I really felt bad and asked them to terminate my account. I will never ever recommend Massey services to any of my friends or relatives. I request all of you to stay away from this service provider.

I have been a customer since 2007 with the previous company Massey bought out. So for 15 years we had a great relationship until now. You people put a lien on my house over $90?! Way to lose 15 years of business!!!!
