Today Alex did my scheduled treatment and he addressed all my concerns. He was very thorough going to inch and corner of the house. I was concerned in my garage for crickets and spiders and he cleaned out old sticky pads, put new ones down and gave me some extra. Great job Alex!Â
Me.Charle was here to help clean up the dead Rodents on the property. He did great job and explained nothing came indoors. Our community has this problem these days. Massey has better bate boxes and taking care of unwanted guests. Thank you Charles and Massey. Â
Alex did the scheduled treatment today, he’s unaware that I was watching him from inside the house:) He did very good going to every spots and corners. He found a couple of ant nests that I’m not even aware it were there on my lawn. Did everything I requested him to do. Good job Alex. Â

Dakota is the best! He’s always very respectful and attentive to detail. I also appreciate that Dakota always gives proper notice of service and has a great knowledge of their treatment products too. I’m not sure whether the switch from Precision has only been a name change, or a complete overhaul, but I’ve definitely noticed the difference. Massey has been a pleasure to deal with.Â
I have had an amazing experience with them, they are professional , respectful and provide you with all the guidance and care needed. Neal from Massey's team treated my apartment to eliminate springtails after I moved in and he was fantastic, scheduled accurate treatment to eliminate the bugs and follow up with periodically inspections to avoid any surprises. I have to say is a marvelous attention, 💯 recommended.Â
