Alex texted me in the morning to confirm the treatment today between 2-4pm and was flexible to accommodate my schedule. A rat snake was trapped on the stick pads two days ago and I was able to release it by removing the pads from it. I reported it and requested for the service yesterday and they came here immediately to check how to prevent it and provide additional stick pads for us. Today Alex did my scheduled treatment and he addressed all my concerns. He was very thorough going to inch and corner of the house. I was concerned in my garage for crickets and spiders and he cleaned out old sticky pads, put new ones down and gave me some extra. Great job Alex!Â

Dakota is the best! He’s always very respectful and attentive to detail. I also appreciate that Dakota always gives proper notice of service and has a great knowledge of their treatment products too. I’m not sure whether the switch from Precision has only been a name change, or a complete overhaul, but I’ve definitely noticed the difference. Massey has been a pleasure to deal with.Â
