DaKota did a great job. We moved into new construction this year and had a lot of bug and ant issues. He has only been here 2-3 times and almost all issues has been resolved. He has been really good in getting all areas very thoroughly. Due to great service, we are hiring Massey for lawn service as well.
Charles did a great job with our service today. Asked me if I had noticed any issues. He was very knowledgeable about the products he was using. He gave me a heads up about an ant mound to avoid while the treatment takes hold. I also liked getting a text the night before so I could remove things from my porch. Very pleased w the service. Alex texted me in the morning to confirm the treatment today between 2-4pm and was flexible to accommodate my schedule. A rat snake was trapped on the stick pads two days ago and I was able to release it by removing the pads from it. I reported it and requested for the service yesterday and they came here immediately to check how to prevent it and provide additional stick pads for us. Alex explained what they can do for us and also provided the outdoor and indoor treatments since we still observed some bugs. We are satisf... read more
