Alex came today for our quarterly service and did an excellent and thorough job. He answered all my questions and also removed wasps nests in our patio. He even texted a day before to let us know that he will be coming by for the scheduled service and also called before arriving tinker us know that he is in his way. Great job by Alex and we are very satisfied with his service. I highly recommend Alex as a pest service tech with Massey to anyone interested.Â

Alex and Mohammed were really courteous! Their mouse trap caught a mice and they came and picked it up for free. They also gave a few extra traps to use when needed. Really customer friendly people and great service!Â
